The Waldorf Model

The Waldorf educational model, the core of our educational philosophy, addresses the intellectual, emotional, and physical well-being of every student.

What’s a “Main Lesson Block?”

Our school day is organized to optimize students' ability to stay focused and engaged. Research has shown that students perform better in mathematics and English if they take these classes in the morning. For this reason, each day begins with an intensive focus on a core subject, either science, mathematics, English, or social studies during the Main Lesson Block period. These Main Lesson Blocks enable teachers to engage their students in deep, often project-based, focused studies.
