Biography
Matthew, a trained Waldorf educator with over two decades of teaching experience, has been involved with school administration for as long as he has been working with teenagers.  He has also been employed as a theatrical lighting designer, research computer scientist, and carpentry assistant. Matthew is tremendously grateful that at Desert Sage he can place his whole being in service to a school devoted to serving the whole being of each student.  Providing mathematics support balances his office tasks.  Yoga, meditation, and bicycle commuting balance his campus life.  Hiking, reading, and connecting with loved ones complete the whole.
