Biography
Born and raised right here in Tucson, Austin has always had an appreciation for the arts from the time that he was first mesmerized by cartoons on the TV. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona's College of Fine Arts in 2017 and has since followed wherever his passion for mindfulness and the arts has taken him. Whenever he is not at Desert Sage, Austin is a digital illustrator, freelance writer, member of the stage crew for the historic Rialto Theatre and performer in the local musical revue troupe "One Rehearsal Short." He also runs programming in anime conventions across Arizona under his artist handle A.T.Allison! Austin believes that education and the arts go hand-in-hand as they both use communication to enrich lives and build connections with those around us.
