Biography
Ann Johnson's path to Waldorf education started fifteen years ago when an anthroposophical doctor recommended Waldorf education as a way to help her neurodiverse daughter, who was struggling in mainstream education. Having no access to a Waldorf school in her homeland of Alaska, Ann pursued homeschooling from kindergarten through 6th grade. Through this experience, she came to believe that Waldorf education, even in the humblest of attempts, has the capacity to lift each of us up toward our innate potential as human beings. Ann recently completed the Center for Anthroposophy’s Waldorf High School Teacher Education Program in the subject of Art/Art History.
